Our Principles

We believe in the principles below and apply them to every aspect of running White Label.

Relations

We build the company on strong respectful relations. We take relations into consideration in every interaction with clients and colleagues.

We use data to make good decisions

We believe in meritocracy and evidence-based decision-making. We understand that the biggest threat to good decision making are harmful and unproductive emotions, and that the key to decision making is a two-step process of collection and critical assessment of fact, followed by a decision. We know when it’s time to stop debating and have faith in our decision-making process.

We trust our self-discipline

Bureaucracy kills innovation. We hire the right people and give them freedom and responsibility. We will build a culture of discipline and avoid red-tape.

We make mistakes and we learn from them

We accept mistakes and we are committed to making new ones, but we do not tolerate not learning from them. We will not accept finger-pointing or blaming others for mistakes made.

WE are the company

We understand that the true value of White Label is the collective expertise and brain capacity of our people. We make sure that everyone joining the team further strengthens our qualifications and brings expertise.

We deal with problems

We believe in and will not waver in our trust in the long-term success of White Label, and we will have discipline to deal with the most brutal facts that we face. We identify the problems at an early stage, find the root cause and see it as an opportunity to improve. We are not afraid to confront problems because they are rooted in harsh or unpleasant realities.

We love our differences

We appreciate that the people are different, and we make sure to use it as a strength. The same attribute which can be an advantage can be a disadvantage in a different situation. We complement each other and collaborate to achieve great results.

We work hard

We know that to succeed we will have to work smarter and jump higher than our competition. We acknowledge that success will not be easy, and that growth is painful. We embrace tough love, as it makes us stronger. Pain and reflection equal progress.

We share our vision

We set clear goals for White Label. We define objectives that will allow us to reach our goals and list specific activities that will enable us to meet our objectives.

We stay curious

Radical open-mindedness and radical transparency are invaluable for rapid learning and effective change. We encourage everyone in White Label to speak up, and we appreciate the art of thoughtful and respectful disagreement.
