We are White Label Consultancy group. Our company mission is to provide world-class advice to data driven businesses.

We recognise that the processing of personal data has important implications for the individuals whose personal data we process and for us as the data controller.

We wrote this Notice to inform you how WLC collects and processes your personal data.

This Notice applies to the Visitors of our website and our future and current Clients and their Employees.

We always make sure that our service providers are contractually obliged to maintain the same standard of personal data protection that we set for ourselves.

If our subsidiary or a service provider we use is located or stores the data outside of the EU/EEA, we ensure that your personal data is transferred to these territories based on a valid data transfer mechanism, such as European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it has been collected. Please keep in mind that in certain cases a longer retention period may be required or permitted by law.

You have certain rights over your personal data. WLC makes sure that your rights are respected we will try to promptly address your requests regarding those rights.

To be informed – this right allows you to receive information from us about what personal data we collect and what do we do with it. The purpose of this Notice is to fulfil this right.

To access personal data – this right allows you to obtain confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data, and receive access to the personal data that we process.

To have inaccurate personal data rectified – this right allows you to have any inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.

To have personal data erased – this enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.  

To restrict processing of personal data – this right enables you to limit the way we process your personal data. This applies e.g., when you want to contest the accuracy of the data we hold, you think we are processing your data unlawfully or we do not need it anymore.

To data portability – this enables you to ask us to receive a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic format. The right to data portability only applies if we process your data based on your consent or if it is necessary for the performance of a contract between us, and the processing is carried out by automated means (i.e., electronically).

To object to processing of personal data – in certain circumstances, including where personal data is used for marketing purposes or we use it for our legitimate interest, you may object to processing of your personal data.

To withdraw consent – if you have given consent to our processing of your data, you can freely withdraw such consent at any time.

To make a complaint with the data protection authority – if you have any concerns about our use of your personal data you can file a formal complaint.

This is a version 2.0 of this Notice and it is valid from 18 May 2021. We reserve the right to update this Notice.
