Governing AI in the Workplace in Practice
Webinar Description
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming part of everyday work: embedded in HR platforms, decision-support systems, recruitment tools, and increasingly through generative AI used directly by employees.
While many organisations are experimenting with AI, far fewer have established clear governance frameworks that work in practice. Questions around legal compliance, ethical risks, acceptable use, and organisational accountability are becoming increasingly urgent.
This webinar brings together experts in AI governance, legal compliance, and AI adoption and organisational change to explore how organisations can responsibly integrate AI into the workplace while maintaining innovation and trust.
Through a moderated discussion, the panel will examine the real risks organisations face as AI becomes part of daily work and share practical governance approaches that scale beyond pilots.
